•To ensure that warranty repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible.
•To ensure customer satisfaction efficient processing of warranty claims.
•To control the warranty system in order to avoid the risk of loss to the company.
•To ensure a customer-satisfying level of service in respect of warranty work performed.
•To explain warranty conditions and procedures to customers to avoid misunderstanding and conflict.
•To ensure that correct charges are made as appropriate on goodwill claims.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Automotive Engineering
•Minimum of 2 years progressively responsible experience with a major motor vehicle distribution/dealership
•Applicants must be willing to work in Serdang Raya - Seri Kembangan, Selangor
•Computer literate and Excellent in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
•Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. Ability to converse in other languages would be an added advantage
•A team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Good problem solving skill
•Ability to deal with staff at all levels.
•Highly motivated and strong willingness to learn.
