1.To liaise and building relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally this could mean different related and supporting departments.
2.To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
3.To budget manage and identify advertising opportunities
4.Liaison with media and publishers as required.
5.To write and distributing press releases (if any)
6.To prepare photo shoots (if any)
7.To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers;
8.To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
9.To maintain, build and update mailing databases
10.To organize and attend events and exhibitions
11.To develop strategic relations to secure sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects
12.To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
13.To evaluate marketing campaigns
14.To monitor competitor activity
15.To support the marketing manager and other colleagues
16.To build strong customer relationships with investors and to deal with their queries immediately in line with the company's business models
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
•Must possess own laptop
•Must be comfortable meeting Chinese Developers or Clients. Therefore, being able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
