•Support and assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing, coordinating and implementing marketing programs, events and activities.
•Provide appropriate communication, support and interface to internal staff and external customers.
•Assist in all administrative matters of the Senior Marketing Manager
•Assist in the execution of all End-user and Channels Marketing programs and activities that the company undertakes.
•Assist in the event logistics from pre-event until post event, inclusive of post analysis reporting.
•Assist in the sourcing and coordination with all Third party suppliers (eg. premium suppliers, advertising/design agency, hotels, mail shop, AV s uppliers, etc) inclusive of efficient follow-up to ensure that all requirements are met and properly executed.
•To take care of the End-user and Partners marketing databases and ensure that all necessary updating of information, etc are carried out, inclusive of verification via telephone
•Any other marketing related matters, which are not covered above.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): possess strong analytical and decision making skills, self motivated and team player, good command of English-written and spoken, able to communicate with all level of people, good organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
•Age between 25-35 years
•Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
•Must possess own transport
