Human Resources Executive
Responsibilities:
•Handle full spectrum of talent acquisition and management.
•Administer and implement documentation control in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.
•Establish excellent human resources work processes, practices, policies, rules and regulations.
•Other areas of human resources are compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement and industrial relations.
  
Requirements:
•Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent and at least three to five years working experience in the similar capacity, preferably in facilities management and property development industries.
•Well versed with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, ISO 9001:2008, statutory requirements and Malaysia government legislation.
•Good in Microsoft Office applications.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal, statistical, analytical, planning and organization skills.
•Possess initiative and proactive work attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
