Responsibilities:
•Lead a team of travel consultants to deliver Traveler and Transaction Services at agreed service level and in accordance with company standards while optimizing performance.
•Encourage and suggest ways to constantly improve customer service levels, travelers’/travel arrangers’ satisfaction and employee engagement.
Candidates must have 3 years experience in Supervisory level and familiar with GDS systems (Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo).
IATA/UFTAA holder will be an add advantage.
Additional information:
- Supporting corporate client in Singapore
- Public holiday will be follow Singapore calender
- Working hour: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•Required language(s): English
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
