Responsibilities:
•Assist in establishing of project budget
•Pre-qualification of tenderers i.e Source and identify suitable tenderers, evaluation and recommendation of tenderers to participate in tender as per tender programme.
•Assist to establish Cost analysis
•Review tender and contract document.
•Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalise award.
•Carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis.
•Monitoring contractual status.
•Assist in preparation of financial statement.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
