Sales Manager - NextVIEW Group - Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
•Identifies new opportunities with focus in sales of traditional information terminal products and solutions sales
•Accountable for retention of existing revenue and new revenue growth.
•Focuses on customer satisfaction, knows the customer's business and workflows, develops proper contact network within accounts.
•Coordinates implementation of NextVIEW strategy on the account level. Works with and brings in technical specialists onto the team where required. Has oversight of all account activities.
•Responsible for forecasting, keeps management in touch of accounts with weekly sales pipeline, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, gives feedback to marketing.
•Acts as a single point of contact for the client and provides escalation path from and to Service.
•Attends to customer issues promptly, owns account information, responsible for client management, which among others involves a timely and precise follow up on contract renewals, attention to legal details and procurement processes.
Requirements:
◦Minimum education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
◦Market and Industry Insight: Broad knowledge of key trends within financial markets.
◦Good presentation skills. Conveys messages effectively
◦Good written Communication. Expresses ideas and points of view in written documents and reports in a well-structured manner
◦At least 5 years of experience in a sales position
◦Good financial market and industry knowledge required.
◦Experience in securities trading and broking operations, International banks etc. an advantage
◦Strong background in Commodities & Energy sector an added advantage.
