Responsibilities:
Manage a team of pre- and post-sales technical engineers.
Immediate supervision over the team for assigning, reviewing, checking work and eliminating ordinary difficulties.
Recommends candidates for hiring, termination, prepares and conducts performance appraisals and salary reviews and applies company policies.
Provide training and technical assistance to the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT.
Management and leadership experience.
Knowledge and experience in security technologies such as Anti-Virus, networking, Internet gateway and Firewall.
Knowledge and experience in desktop and server operating system (Microsoft Windows, Linux etc).
Able to work in team and strong communication skills.
Certifications in security domains will be an advantage.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Able to work within deadlines, ensuring both timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction.
