Account Executive (Client Servicing) - DigiMagic Communications Pte Ltd

Responsibilities: 
To meet clients, understand clients' needs, prepare proposals and secure contracts

Work closely with the designers and copywriters to make sure the work process is smooth and provide a high quality of work which meets the requirements of the client.

    To execute and manage the entire process, including operations of the project

    Responsible for dealing and managing vendors and suppliers for the events & exhibitions as per client requirements

    Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event, and clearing the venue efficiently

    Have sound judgment and initiatives, resourceful, inquisitive in nature, meticulous with strong problem solving skills

Requirements:
    Preferably past related working experiences with Event/ Advertising/ Media/ Creative Industry
    Minimum a Degree / Diploma qualification
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Able to work well with clients and understand their needs
    Analytical and willing to take on new challenges
    Possess presentation and relationship management skills
    Must be a team player, able to work in a dynamic and fact pace environment
    Salary will commensurate according to experience
