Responsibilities:
Manage and extend sales opportunities to existing customers
Identify & sell to new customers to meet and exceed stated sales goals
Continuously probe client and prospects needs.
Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategy
Liaise with technical managers to render customers support
Regular customer visits to maintain positive working relationships
Maintain customer sales database and track sales trends by account level
Perform ongoing market assessment and competitor analysis
Pricing & profit management- ensuring minimal products price erosion & healthy profit margin.
Prepare monthly sales forecast
Perform product presentations and technical demonstration
Requirements:
1~3 years of sales experience with direct/indirect experience in Telco/ RF/ Electronics Test & Measurement industry or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Communications & Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with good communication skills
Team player with a positive work attitude
Should possess own transport and willing to travel frequently within Malaysia
