Software - Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
To provide technical support on existing system.
To manage and involve in the development of application system according to the system specification provided.
To involve in application integration, enhancement, implementation and version control of existing system.
To assist in coding to develop and maintain proprietary software and translate detailed design into computer software, including test, debug and finalize software.
Able to analyze user requirements and work with developers in enhancing, supporting & customizing software applications to improve the existing standard.
To liaise with users to gather and understand technical and business requirements.
To participate in our turnkey project development.
To stay breast of new technologies and new product releases, the developer will regularly participate in new technology transfer training as well as any outside seminars and training programs.

Independent and resourceful, able to work as team and independently.
To maintain systems and user documentations – system requirement specification, system design specification, test plan and etc.

Requirements:
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related disciplines.
Required skills: JAVA J2SE or J2EE, JSP, PHP, CGI
Preferred skills: Hibernate, Spring Framework/ Struct, AJAX, Java Script.
Knowledge of XML & OO programming.
Experience on MYSQL and MSSQL programming.

Responsibilities:
In charge of Front-End/Finishing Quality Assurance & Control
Overall in-charge of the Test Method, Calibration & Instruments used and comply with ISO9001:2008 & ISO13485.
Handle complaints reply to customer and verify the corrective and preventive actions arise.
Supervise Quality Specialist and QC Inspectors to ensure smooth operation of daily routine e.g. MRR closure and CAPA.
Participates in continuous Improvement Program such as, but not limited to, 6 Sigma program or Small Group Activities.
Conduct training for new quality and/ or production staffs.
Approve End Item specification.
Participate in product & machine validation.

Requirements:
A Degree in Mateiral Science, Chemistry or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in plastic/film converting industry.
Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
Ability to rapidly acquire working knowledge
