Responsibilities: Work with Logistics Department to provide logistical support.
To
monitor, check and verify incoming shipment from supplier and ensure
the goods are received according to PO and DO with good condition and
correct quantity.
Generate shipping documents such as Delivery Order, Packing List, Proforma Invoice.
Ensure
timely delivery of goods to customers and monitoring measurement of On
time
Request.
Responsible to attend incoming calls regarding delivery of Customer's order.
Responsible for shipment incoming / outgoing arrangement.
Coordinate with supplier to ensure on time delivery expediting process.
Other general administrative support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Minimum 2 years in an office environment.
Malaysian citizens only.
